  • My 1:1 work is for mothers who are committed to making the changes necessary to support thriving health. With a focus on foundational nourishment and mineral balancing, we will work on understanding our bodies’ needs and gently shifting habits to meet them.

Hi, I’m Kelsi.

I believe well-resourced mothers will change the world, and I’m dedicated to serving that vision by helping mothers feel informed, supported, and nourished.

I offer 1:1 women’s health mentorship and birth + postpartum doula care for families navigating preconception, pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. My work is rooted in a blend of traditional wisdom, modern research, and a mother-centered approach that honors both intuition and informed choice.
